Dr Apsan has joined the CF Center in a joint CF-Endo clinic twice monthly. She has introduced herself in a gentle and respectful way to all staff and patients. Her non-judgmental demeanor and gentle approach have won over our CF patients and families who are well-versed in hospital personnel. Her approach to this chronic illness group always includes terms such as ' We are a team', 'I am here to help you', ' how can I help you'. 'What questions and concerns do you have' and always, 'please follow up so we can see what works and doesn't'.
