It is with admiration and respect I nominate Dr. Devon Addonizio for this award. Dr. Addonizio has had a profound impact on our community by providing high quality compassionate care to many patients at the Outpatient Center for Mental Health for many years. Her sincerity, empathy, and professionalism are just some of the qualities that make her a remarkable clinician. Whenever I encounter her patients in the emergency room, they always speak highly of her, referring to Dr. Addonizio as their greatest advocate and a source of support. Dr. Addonizio is also a talented educator, providing guidance and clinical expertise to our trainees. Her compassion, superb clinic skills, and deep dedication to patient care and education of young physicians make her a deserving candidate for this award.
