I am delighted to nominate Dr. Anna Zielinska- Nocturnist, for the Truly Caring award. She possesses all the qualities that make an excellent nominee for the truly caring award. She treats her patients with the uttermost dignity, respect and compassion, extending kindness and great patience in even the most challenging situations. She responds promptly to all patient concerns and is always willing to share her knowledge and expertise with medical residents and nurses. She takes the time to explain the treatment plans and includes the patients and their families in decisions regarding care. Dr. Zielinska is highly respected by everyone she works with. She is trusted for always putting safety as the highest priority for both patients and staff. Her great bedside manners and her down-to-earth attitude sets her apart. She creates an environment of trust and mutual respect. Her approachable, open, welcoming attitude makes for great collaboration and teamwork across the disciplines and departments.
