Dr. Julie Huh – A Physician Who Leads with Heart Working with Dr. Julie Huh at Northwell Dermatology has been one of the best experiences of my career. She’s not only an amazing dermatologist but also someone who truly cares about her patients and her team. Every day she shows what it means to lead with both skill and compassion. Fostering growth and inclusion Dr. Huh makes everyone feel valued. She listens to ideas, encourages questions, and creates an environment where people learn and grow. She takes time to teach and explain, not just give orders. I’ve seen her guide new staff step by step, helping them feel confident and supported. She respects everyone’s background and treats the team like family always focused on helping each person reach their full potential.
