I am nominating Dr. Justin Tsai based on personal experience. I have had numerous issues with my Achilles tendon with 4 surgeries. I finally found Dr Tsai who exemplifies true compassion and exceptional care in every aspect of his work. From the moment I became his patient, he has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my health and well-being. He listens with genuine empathy, takes the time to understand not only my medical concerns but also how they affect my daily life and explains every step of my care plan in a clear and thoughtful way. What truly stands out about Dr. Tsai is his personal commitment to his patients. He followed up with me a day after surgery when the other 2 doctors never did. He wanted to check to see how I was feeling. His calm demeanor and sincere concern made me feel valued and cared for - not just as a patient, but as a person. Because of his dedication, I've experienced greater confidence and peace of mind in managing my health. Dr. Tsai's compassion, professionalism, and integrity set him apart from so many.
